Found what I wanted, salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The assistant, Jason was very helpful, explained everything we asked very clearly, overall a very positive experience.

I was served by Nichola, who really listened to my needs as i am disabled ; she didn't rush me or persuade me into anything, just spent a lot of time trying to find the right bed for me as i have just had a hip replacement and am going to have another one soon so it was imperative that i had a suitable bed . This was the third shop i tried to get help with a purchase and the only one where i felt that i was not being rushed with "sales talk." Such a refreshing pleasure to find a sales assistant who was genuinely trying to put my needs first before making a sale. Thank you Nichola ..

The products were readily available and on display. There were no pressurised selling and was very relaxed atmosphere but professional too.

Bought a bed over 11years ago and to me it's still as good, but thought after all this time a new mattress was needed. So back to the same store and the assistant was excellent in all ways, not pushing showing us what we wanted. So we bought a double bed and a long size matteress.
