We received assistance as soon as we walked into the Wakefield branch. The assistant explained all the different types of beds available. Listened to what we wanted and what we where looking for.

Dreams was the first store we had visited we had viewed some products online and thought we would visit the store in Wakefield to have a look at the what the quality was like. The sales person who I can't remember his name which is a shame as he was excellent came across when he seen we were looking around and offered some help and advice we had every intention to shop around at other stores before making a decision but the salesman without putting to much pressure on us continued to help us decide what product was best for our needs and we decided to buy there and then he made the buying process easy and explained the options of delivery he also sold us the add on items of removal of our old Mattress and guarantee was even offered a cup of coffee which was a nice touch. I have already recommended Dreams to my friends for the excellent service

Jason was extremely approachable upon our arrival. Offering assistance to find a new mattress, helping us decide what myself and my partner were wanting. He made us feel very welcome and was knowledgeable about the products without being pushy. He made us both a cup of tea which made us feel at ease and not in a rush to make a purchase (despite us entering the store in the last hour of the day). It was refreshing to enter a store and be surrounded by staff members who were able to answer our questions and wanted to ensure we got the right product for us. We left the store feeling happy about our purchase and we cannot wait for the arrival of our new mattress tomorrow.
