The sales assistant (lady) was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product I was interested in. She was not pushy and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Both staff in the store very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble

We were greeted when we entered the showroom and asked if we wanted any help which we did. David was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs he then talked us the various option available. We tried several beds before making our decision

From walking in we were met by courteous staff who were more than willing to spend the time talking to us and showing us the type of bed we needed for our spare room and what's more we could get it before Christmas. David at the Wakefield branch went through all the different beds that matched our budget We were offered a drink and came home very happy having purchased a new mattress which we were very happy with. We will be needing a new base for our bed shortly and we wouldn't hesitate going back to the shop and purchasing one and hopefully we will have the help of David again.

We were highly satisfied with our experience because the sales person wasnt too pushy and didnt try talking us into anything we didnt want. He did offer us everything we expected but didnt push it. If we said no he took the answer. Was a very friendly gentleman and offered us drinks on more than one occassion.
