No pressure, good range of products and staff member very helpful and none pushy

The sales lady was very polite and courteous and understood our needs.

Real great customer service and assistance buying our mattress. Sales technique was very relaxed and didn’t feel pressured into buying anything.

Melvyn was very helpful and friendly without being overly pushy. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured - being allowed time to sample the mattresses in which we were interested for comparison.

We were very pleased with our at experience at the Wakefield Dreams store. The staff were excellent and after a quick chat about what we were looking for pointed us in the direction of some suitable mattresses. We were allowed, if not encouraged, to spend as much time as we liked testing the mattresses to make sure we picked the correct one for us. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and were in no way pushy, we couldn’t rate them high enough! We would definitely recommend this store as the team there were really helpful and made us feel right at home.
