Good level of choice and payment options. Mel at the Wakefield store was very personable and friendly.

Knowledgeable staff with lots of patience. Very clean store with plenty of choice also no delivery fee!!! Other stores I visited charged for this service and when u spend hundreds of pounds on furniture you don't expect a delivery fee on top and with Dreams I didn't get one. Result! Very happy.

As soon as my wife and I walked into the store it felt warm and welcoming, no pushy sales people just happy to let you browse at your leisure but also offer assistance when needed.Mel and his lady assistant were very professional in the way they helped us with our choice of product. My wife and I have both worked in trade and retail environments and you know when you have good staff. Those two are well worth keeping.
