I was seen and attended to very quickly. I was allowed to try as many beds as I wished. Melvin, salesperson was very polite and knowledgeable about the products.

Your staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and spent quality time ensuring I was looked after making the right choices for me. More than happy with both the products and the service I received. Would definitely recommend to others and return for similar products.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and price of your kid's beds & compared to Stompa which we were keen to purchase, we think yours are better quality and value. Our main contact was with Omar and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also offered us some free items with our purchase which was a welcomed bonus. We are happy with our purchase, which we took away on the day so can't comment on delivery times etc. We would never have thought to look in your store or online but we would most certainly come back again and certainly to the Wakefield store. All staff were friendly and helpful. We are now a Dreams convert!!

We had a good experience with lovely customer service. Plenty of time to try the product with good advice given. Some questions we can only answer when the product is being used Satisfied is a positive comment. My only advice would be a more welcoming staging of the store
