We had a good experience with lovely customer service. Plenty of time to try the product with good advice given. Some questions we can only answer when the product is being used Satisfied is a positive comment. My only advice would be a more welcoming staging of the store

Apart from sanitiser at the entrance, and a screen at the workstation, no other covid rules were in place. No specific distancing was followed and not alcohol sanitiser was applied to my card when I handed it over.

i thought that some movement financially could have been made considering i was buying 2 kingsize and 2 single beds plus mattresses. spent nearlt £3500 in one visit

Ordering in the time of reduced prices owing to new year sales we found there was no reduction on the goods that we were buying, very misleading advertising.
