Price of item very expensive, having to wait 4weeks for delivery and charged for removal of old mattress.

I was satisfied with my experience, we did initially go in with a lower budget than what we spent in store, and that is the only reason I am not 'highly' satisfied, that and the initial bed we wanted wasn't available to us for another 6 weeks so we changed the bed.

There’s is always opportunity to improve. Delivery date of 5 weeks is too long

Satisfied in store as the assistants worked hard to help us with the price however on getting home we discovered that this negotiation was completely pointless as we could have had the same product plus same upgrade for the price we eventually got the bed for in store- this felt very odd.

did not receive email confirming delivery. did not receive phone call on day of delivery by 10.30 as promised, i had to contact dreams to confirm items were still coming
