I felt valued and pampered. I was asked several times if I needed anything. My only issue is that my session started a little late and no one informed me there was a delay.

Aestheticians are highly skilled, professional and friendly. I like them all. I do not expect my skin to improve because it is already in good condition. The reason for my facials is to have clarity, cleanse and relaxation, all of which was provided. You may want to rephrase the question about did your skin improve after a facial. Most peoples skin does not automatically improve after facial.
