Receptionist was amazing and very helpful! Everything was clean and in place & my esthetician was very knowledgeable and helpful! She recommended products for me to start using and said she couldn’t wait to see the progress at our next appointment!

There were so many wonderful things I experienced during my visit. This was my first time going to the Hand & Stone franchise and I was very impressed. We arrived a few minutes early to complete all check-in forms and paper work. We were offered water as we waited. When I was called for my appointment (which was right on time) I was given specific instructions on the changing process. Once I changed and the aesthetician came back in, she asked me a few questions in relation to my skincare routine and walked me through the process of a facial. She was extremely informative. She explained each step of the process (because this was my first facial) as it happened as well so I would be aware of what was coming next. She also made me feel comfortable by asking if I wanted her to wear a mask. Although I said no, she still put the clients comfortability first. I was constantly checked on making sure there was no pain, or the massage pressure was just right. Again, I had a wonderful experience and will most definitely be back.

Wendy was AMAZING! She made me feel very relaxed especially in my areas where I felt most pressure. I left feeling like I was in the clouds!

The team was exceptionally nice and informative. The location is convenient. I will be back. I joined and I am appreciative there is no contract like other firms.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was a new customer and they made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I had to wait a few extra minutes and I was offered a free fragrance during my massage for the extra 5 min wait (no big deal). Kathryn did a great job of listening to my requests and followed my every request. I had an enjoyable massage and will be coming back!
