The staff were helpful and friendly, both during my arrival and departure. I was offered cold water, both flavored and plain, at both times. I arrived early for my appointment time because traffic was lighter than expected. The waiting area was welcoming and created a restful and relaxing environment. It was an excellent place to unwind and prepare for my massage.
