Great massage therapist, usually though she doesn't know the upgrades I booked so I have to tell her again and I always select certain room requirements and they never are honored, like my request for a quiet massage.

The staff made you feel so relaxed & Zen from the moment you walked into Hand & Stone Spa. Seth was excellent at the front desk. I enjoyed his calm demeanor and how helpful he was to everyone in the lobby area, he brings a tranquil & serene vibe which works as a perfect fit when walking into a spa.

I left my facial so relaxed and zen, that is exactly why I booked this facial in the first place. Relaxation and a 'me' day was exactly what I was looking for and received. Thank you!
