Hand and Stone

The service providers are very good (Liz, Kassandra, Jason), each a little different than the others. I really enjoy the relaxing, destressing, healing, luxurious feelings these sessions give me. But I cannot stand trying to book online. It keeps defaulting my location to Woodbridge (?!) and to get choice of staff, I have to go to Past Appointments to pick someone. Going to the Greenfield Hand & Stone site, if I clean on book appointment there - no options come up, no errors. I actually do software support for proprietary, complex software, and the site frustrates me immensely and I spend way more time trying to get through than I should have to or want. I really should just call.

Slightly frustrating on how far out I have to book. Hopefully more massage therapists will be added to the staff

Every time I visit things are well run and organized. All staff is friendly, helpful and professional.

I had to change my appointment due to needing an oncology certified therapist. The manager worked hard to get me a next day appointment and the therapist was very willing to add a client the next day, accommodating my schedule.

My massage therapist was the best! Very knowledgeable and spent the perfect amount of time on each part and was very thorough. She was so friendly and I can’t wait to see her again!
