Excellent in all respects for the price. Walls thin & could hear others but not a real deal breaker The male clerk on the evening shift was fantastic & kind The female clerk on morning shift was what changed it all. We asked to check out an hour later. She was very rude to my husband although he was polite & not asking for alot. Then she called our room a half hour before checkout asking if we would be leaving & if not we would be charged hourly. Felt herded & pushed out like cattle. Rude to us when we checked out (which was early BEFORE the deadline). I understand needing the cleaners to do their jobs but polite kindness goes a long way w customers. We simply asked a question. We will not be back

Room smelled like smoke, plastic bag over smoke alarm, window didn't close all the way, students i was with had their stuff moved without permission because room need air conditioning repair but found out later they had pre-reserves a room we were staying in.
