Friendliness of staff that was willing to accommodate my needs

Staff was extreme helpful and patient. The sales associate tried to get knowledge from me to help me choose charms that would represent me and make me happy. The sales associate also was very knowledgeable about the pieces he suggested and could relate them to me based on our conversation. He took a lot of his time to make sure I was satisfied with my choices and I know I’m an indecisive person.

The people was good

The sales associate that helped me during my time at the store was very nice, very friendly, she was very patient, she gave suggestions and I just had an awesome experience. I couldn’t make up my mind, I wanted one of everything!

It was my first Pandora purchase and the staff (Ms.Tami & Ms. Anna) especially made my purchase extremely smooth and was very helpful in explaining and educating me on the Pandora experience.

I had a great visit, the sales person was very nice and informative and helped me choose items that were perfect for me.

Tami was very eager to answer all questions we had. She was patient with us and had great interpersonal skills. There was another associate that joined Tami to assist us. I can't remember her name, however she too had wonderful interpersonal skills as well as patience. I brought in 2 bracelets to be cleaned and rearranged. She seemed to take joy in rearranging my bracelets!! That was so great to see!!!

I went to the Pearland Pandora location to exchange a ring. After explaining to the sales rep that it was my second time having to replace the pendant on her ring she offered assistance to get me a new one. The manger even stepped in and I ended up making two more purchases just because of their customer service.

Joseline’s customer service was excellent. She was very knowledgeable on the product and found exactly what we were looking for. I would return simply because of her any time.
