Customer service was excellent. I went to exchange an item and ended up leaving one of my rings to get cleaned since the lady offered to and suggested she could clean it. I was satisfied with my exchange and my other ring looked very clean.

I was very satisfied because I got to exchange my damage bangle. It was a little harder for me to get another one but it’s because did have the receipt. I loved how easy it was to get my size for a ring that I’m getting in a few weeks.

I’ve always thought pandora was super expensive. But walking into that store yesterday, I saw this beautiful raindrop ring and I saw how affordable it was and I nearly gasped. The sales girl was helpful with trying to figure out my ring size. I’m so happy with my purchase!
