The employee was super friendly and patient, I wasn't sure on what items k wanted but never did she demonstrate any negative vibes. She was super helpful, kind and nice.

I finally got the charm I been looking for. I went to Willowbrook, tried online when my order was placed and I could not find the Y charm. I was able to purchased the Y charm from the Pearland location with the friendly staff.

I loved how the sales rep was very patient with me. She showed me everything I wanted to see. I wanted to see a lot. I loved the prices and I didn't feel rushed. I wish I could remember her name.
