Ms. Kelly and her team are AWESOME! They always make me feel as though they are friends that I have known forever. They are always willing to go above and beyond what is required for CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I visit PANDORA in Pearland Town Center, I know that I will be given the RED CARPET treatment, and I am just a regular customer.

The salesperson was very patient and kind.

Although my shopping took place during the very busy Christmas season, the sales associates were helpful and polite in assuring me they would assist me as soon as possible. I felt even though I waited a bit, the associates wanted to provide the upmost attention to each customer and I knew when it was my turn I would get the same treatment. I am happy to have Pandora at my local mall.

Great customer service, but most ítems where out of stock due to the holidays.
