Excited about the store in Pearland, no longer having to deal with the Galleria. On Sunday December 17th 2018 I purchased several charms, had an issue with one of the charms returned to the store on Tuesday December 19th 2018 and was treated with courtesy slso several options on how to resolve this issue. I left pleased, completed 1st Bracelet. Looking forward to starting my Second.

Great Service!!!!

Sales staff took the time to assure I received the correct size for my bracelet selection. The location had what I wanted when other locations and online were sold out. Staff was knowledgeable about Pandora products and presented added value options available to me.

As a first time Pandora client, I cannot express my appreciation for the staff that assisted me in finding the perfect gift for my friend. Never once did I feel uncomfortable for having to ask to see several different bracelets or charms. The manager was extremely nice and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had my three children with me and the staff never gave me side eyes when my kids would wonder off and touch the glass cases. As we were leaving the store, even my 15 year old daughter was admiring how nice all the staff was because she was expecting an uptight environment, yet that was definitely not the case. This store has earned a customer for life! I will definitely be returning to this store soon!

Pandora is new to our mall and have visited 3 times so far and the store & staff are on point!

Everytime I come to the Pearland Store, the ladies are very helpful.
