It was Black Friday and my friend and I were 3rd and 4th in line. The sales associates still gave each customer excellent service and quality time to choose their items even when the store started to get crowded.

Great customer service. Great selection.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by the salesperson. I was looking for the rose gold beads and I was promptly shown the beads requested. I also had questions about having my other bracelets cleaned and was advised the salesperson.

They really took time with our needs

I love this product. I have even told my son that he can purchase charms for me. I buy my sisters and nieces charms

They were so nice I have a 1 year old and he is very active which makes it very hard to shop but they were so nice all three of the ladies they took their time with us offered to hold my bouncing baby boy I just love love then and the new bracelet I picked out for my mom 🥰

Both associates were so very helpful and nice.

Kellu was very patient and professional. It was my first visit to the store and an awesome experience.
