One of my selections was not available at the store. I had to go to Macys to pick it up. The Macys rep was extremely helpful but it was not a seamless process of getting it exchanged between the pandora store and Macys.

When I tried to check out the young lady asked for my email. I told her I didn't want to provide it, she stated she didn't think I could check out without it. She also asked me for my phone number, didn't want to give it to her either. I asked for her to get her manager or someone who may know and she returned with the manager. The manager assisted me and showed her how to get the transaction done without using my email or phone number. Once that happened, m process was really smooth.

i was highly with purchased but that not what i thought was that i was purchasing but i will look for something better from them and price. but i enjoy the beautiful quality jewerly in store

Upon entering the store, I had to ask an associate to wait on me. She never asked me if she could help me nor even recognize that I had entered the store with a greeting. I would have left except that my sister said stay.
