Lots of people but fast service

I was actually highly satisfied with everyone, they were kind and I enjoyed my time there. It would have been better to have more discount offers and more choices to choose from.

Not a huge selection of gold charms at all

The ring I purchased has a scratch on the gold part

There was a line outside in the extreme heat and 2 sales associates inside. One associate assisted one family for almost 1 hour w/o consideration that others were waiting. The other associate moved quickly and assisted 4 different ppl in that same hour.

We had to wait outside for over an hour. It was hot outside. I feel that for clients to have to wait outside, water should be provided. I could not get out of line because zip would have lost my spot. Water should be provided.

I brought in my Bangel to be Cleaned which was Silver & has Tanised . I have to return on a Monday -Friday, unaware they don't do that on WEEKENDS! Still Purchased THREE charms.

Its during vivid. We had to wait outside. It was raining.

Sales person was pleasant, yet seemed to have other issues or preoccupied with something else. Once we interacted and she saw that I was serious about a purchase, then she became more interested in helping me. I guess she had too many lookers and insufficient purchasers.
