The sale girl seem really don't know how to treasure the pandora. she did not put it on the tray. she just put it outside on the glass table.

I picked up my online store pick up order PND18736331 the same day I was notified via email, 8/18/23. I kept getting emails after as if I hadn't picked it up. I called the store and made them aware. I was told that the email was just notification/informational purposes. My order was canceled days after I picked it up, 8/22/2023 & my account was never debited. I called the store again 8/23/2023, no answer. So I called customer service and phone rep Aliyah helped me to resolve the issue with Ashley from the store.
