Cynthia made my mom and I feel like we was a bother. I just started a Pandora bracelet for my 16yr old daughter in March. My husband started me one In April for our 21st wedding anniversary and my mom and I was there to start one for my daughter who turns 15 on May 9. We ended up just getting the bracelet, a safety chain and one charm only because she made us feel like we was on our own to fugure out what we wanted she had no suggestions when I told her what my daughter was into. It was a TOTALLY different experience from when I bought my 16yr olds bracelet. Today instead of going to the Pearland store I am going to the Sugarland First Colony store instead. To start my mom a bracelet for Mothers Day.(I initially started out w/a Fossil charm bracelet but they no longer sale charms) So I felt it was a neat idea for all the important women in my life to start a New Journey with one w/Pandora. My advice is the young lady should get my customer service training.

The service was really good but my bracelet broke within two hours of my purchase. My drive to the store is almost an hour to go and return it when I called this morning and I let them know what happened. The girl that picked up the phone didn’t even apologize and all she said is well you got 30 days to return it. I do feel that the person to answer the phone made things even worse by not even apologizing or explaining the process not just saying you have 30 days to return it.

I spent $150 should’ve received the free bracelet with my purchase as my email stated. The store associate said it was only if I applied for the credit card and I spent more then $135. That was not stated in my email.

They didn't have enough associates working. I had to wait a while before someone was able to help me. Then the associate was unaware of the sale that they were supposed to have starting on 3/18. It's the buy 2 get 1 free. I went in on Sunday 3/14 and asked about the sale. She said they were not having it. So I went ahead and purchased 3 charms. I did search online and called back up there and confirmed they WILL have a sale starting 3/18! Had I known that, I would not have purchased 3 charms at once! I will be going into the store tomorrow 3/18 to return all 3 so that I can get one of them free!

Line was slow. The associate helping each other with purchase not the line of customers.

During our visit we had overly attentive associates continually asking if we needed assistance. Even after we made it clear we did not need help. Once we went to ask for the products we wanted we were under the impression we would get a free bracelet with a purchase of $135 based on a sign next to the register and what was on the website. When asked about it an associate said “no that’s only if you apply for a credit card”. We did not argue this point because we figured the associates were being honest and they seemed nice enough when we walked in. I followed up on the website and made an order of $135 and was offered a free bracelet with my order and did not have to apply for a credit card

I had a broken charm, it wasn’t replaced. She decided to attempt to fix it, but it’s bound to break again. I’m very disappointed, I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Pandora.

The manager, Kelly did nothing to accommodate to help my situation. The staff members Ashley and Anahir made me feel like I wasn’t a paying customer!!
