Purchased a bracelet an d charm for graduation present. Additionally, I added several existing charms to the bracelet. Sister of graduate was with me, same size as graduate, a s she tried on the bracelet. It appeared snug, but the associate insisted that additional charms could be added with no problem. We questioned her twice and she assured us that the bracelet would fit comfortably

Some of the sales employees were rude and try to kick me out of the store. I had all ready waited out side of the store for 20 to 30 minutes because there was no employee at the door. So rude employees

The sales person Maria F. Had an attitude she gave that impression as if she did not want to be working at pandora she was rude didnt want to answer any questions was not helpful at all didnt even give a closing statement.

The Manager Tami, was rude when she advised me, I couldn't use my $10 off Next Purchase gift card, for my Purchases that day. I asked to see the store Policy and she refused to show it to me.
