Order selection was available, Sales associate was very helpful and able to size up my original online bracelet order from 7.1 to 7.5 which fit perfectly. Sales associate noticed difference in birthstones and ensured the proper charm was the one I requested. All in all a very pleasant and satisfied purchase during a very busy holiday season! Looking forward to future purchases through Pandora to add to the charm bracelet.
