Every time I go in for a massage I’m always satisfied with how well they listen and how I feel afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone

The online schedule did not work for me because it wasn't loading my membership account so I had to call to make an appointment. The reception at this location were very nice and helpful. Also, I had a membership with Elements prior to moving and since there weren't any Elements in town I had to switch to Hand and Stone. What I liked about Elements that Hand and Stone doesn't offer is the full bottle of water that I got after a massage. It really made a huge difference with hydrating after a massage so I would like to see that in Hand and Stone in the future, instead of chugging a cup of cold water down after a massage. Elements also did not charge for me transferring my account services to another person, so I was able to promote the spa to other people. I would also like to see that in the future at this location. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

I went in for my usual relaxing massage. The therapist seemed to know what I needed more than I did. She used more pressure than I am used to, but I felt amazing afterwards. She talked to me during the times I was tense. I'm a little sore today, but overall I feel better! I will be back to visit Qiana soon!

Alicia was very sweet and kind. She explained the procedure she was doing and offered info on the importance of getting facial every month.
