I believe that highly satisfied means everything is perfect. The experience was good & I will return.

I've had many massages and I am not dissatisfied with the service, it was very good. I had a gift card to use but when seeing the cost of $139 for a basic 50-minute massage I doubt I would pay that much. I understand the draw is to sign up for a membership that the front desk has to push but I'm not interested in a membership. I will probably purchase the "buy one-get one" promotion around the holidays. PS - I do wish you would offer chair massages since that is the service I use most often. Thank you!

I forget the name of the massage therapist I had, but his hands were very rough and he never stopped talking. Not only that, but he was a pro-Trump conspiracy theorist and talked about it for the full hour... I hardly ever spoke a word. He also did not provide the 3 add-ons I requested. The desk took those 3 add-ons off my bill.

I always arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment- I never get called back to the room until at least 5 minutes after my appointment time. I get it need to end 10 minutes before the hour in prep for the next client but I do feel like I get cut short because I get called back later then my appointment time

I was highly satisfied with my anestician and the experience. It is the membership price that I am not. Sofia is always professional, friendly and very informative.

I was highly satisfied with my massage. Thank you! My facial, I couldn’t relax the way I wanted to.. the esthetician talked the whole time. Very knowledge and helpful but not relaxing
