I feel the 50 minute massage should be longer

Therapist kept making weird noises

I was offered the additional diamond glow service without actually knowing what it was, I was actually inquiring about an added peel to the facial. I asked what it was when I was given the pricing and was told it was an upper scale than a micro dermabrasion, not much else. My skin feels much more oily now, I have oily skin even at my age, and I prefer peels to sloth off the layer of dryer skin and let my natural moisture come back. I definitely won't be getting one of those again for myself, since it adds something into the skin which makes me so much more oily. I did like the long term affects of the plain micro-dermabrasion I received a couple appointments back.

When booking my appointment I had asked to have a mini salt treatment, which did not happen during my massage. The massage was wonderful though, so it wasn’t missed but would have been nice to try out the warm salt.

The lady doing my facial did not explain each step of the facial. I e. why she was doing it and what it was supposed to do or make my skin feel. Also she didn't ask if I wanted my eye brows waxed which I did but did not get it done since she was done and walked out do I could get dressed.

First time going for a message. I will book another appointment and try a different massage therapist and after going second time or even a third time, I would be able to answer this better.

The esthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable- I just didn’t feel like it did much for my skin and I paid an incredibly high amount so I feel unsatisfied.

The facial was wonderful. She was very relaxing I almost fell asleep. The massage could have been better. The masseuse was very fast. I should’ve spoken up during the service.

I scheduled a 2 hour massage with scalp and foot treatments as an add on. I would have thought that the add ons would have lasted 15 minutes each, making the massage 100 minutes plus 30 minutes. I went in at 1pm and was done at 2:48pm. I just felt a bit shorted.
