My service was good, however, I wouldn't rate it as great. I purchased the membership so I will give it another visit or two and hope for an excellent service.

You had to cancel my usual therapist so I saw someone else. I didn’t feel my upper body was addressed enough; neck and shoulders even though I mentioned these areas of concern.

While the experience was very pleasant, I was unsure about what treatments were included and which were additional, and the additional was very expensive. Now, with the membership price increase, the cost of a membership is more than the cost of a basic facial. What happens to the other $10? Also, after my treatment, I left feeling very greasy, which was awkard when I had other places to go immediately afterwards. I wasn't dissatisfied with Mariana. She was very good, very knowledgeable. It's just not for me at this point. I have a lot on my plate time-wise and money-wise.

I didn’t mean to hit anything unsatisfied if I did. The massage therapist was EXCEPTIONAL and my family will be requesting this therapist again

I like the staff better at the Hamilton location but they have limited availability. I find the massage therapists at Bordentown to be socially awkward which is uncomfortable or too pushy trying to upsell.

There wasn't anything exceptional about the services that I received. I would give a highly satisfied review if I thought someone went above and beyond.

I did not get a chance to hear what products I could use.

Therapist was late starting but ended on time. Unfriendly. Never checked how it was going. Never did front of anything except my neck.

I came in for an introductory 1 hour massage. The therapist asked my problem areas. I said mostly stress. She asked if I wanted to do hot stones with CBD oil and scalp massage. I assumed the hot stones would be extra but didn't expect the scalp massage to be an add on. I just thought she'd concentrate on that area because of me saying I had stress. They called it aromatherapy scalp massage. To have to pay extra for that was extremely disappointing and aggravating. I still don't know what made it aromatherapy. Carla should have explained that both services were additional charges. I went in thinking I was paying $80 and ended up paying $160. Very disappointed on that aspect and wouldn't recommend.

My only complaint was that I presented a gift card for serenity package and upon checking out was informed I owed $13.00. I truly felt that the gift card should have included all fees. I have used many gift cards in the pasted and NEVER had to pay an additional fee. I was extremely upset and have more gift cards to use but may consider going to a different location!
