A little too pricey. I wish there is a way to keep each visit to around 50 or 60 dollars. I'd purchase in bulk if this was the case

I had a guest with me and it was difficult to check out together. I wanted to use one credit card and the person checking me out couldn’t figure out how to do it and it took a while. I had a friend as a guest because she can’t afford it herself and after the checkout they tried to sell her a membership and it was embarrassing for both of us.

I had taken facial and massage. The facial appointment felt like she was selling me. Did not feel like i got a facial. No face packs, just felt like moisturizer was applied multiple times. Very dissapointed.

The check out process is done out in the open, everyone in the lobby can hear you

My first facial was very nice but the towels that were used smelled musty.

Walls are paper thin - could hear people talking the whole time, even over music. I said to therapist, are they doing an interview over there or what? Lol. He apologized but not much he could do. He had a good idea of turning the fan on to create white noise, which helped a bit.

The room smelled bad

I was satisfied. It was my first time getting a facial. I really liked marina . She was knowledgeable about the product I purchased.
