Hand and Stone

It's just my personality. Reception area felt like cattle being herded, but everything about my actual massage was pleasant. Maybe mood lighting in the reception area would help.

I felt generally satisfied and would have said Highly Satisfied if it was exceptional.

Sometimes I walk out feeling like my body has melted away. I was relaxed and the massage was a great experience - very relaxing and would book with same massage therapist again, just not uber-relaxing on that day - perhaps I was not in the right mindset or I should have asked for an adjustment to pressure. I was satisfied. That's good with me!

Their is 9ne thing I'm not to fond of is when you ask for a regular facial they always push to have you upgrade. Sometimes I don't mind but other times I just want what I asked for.

My husband and I went together and I purchased him and I the foot add on for 15$each. He did not receive the service and did not tell me until we left.,I felt that I did get the service but it was very quick and not worth the up chargers.my husband said she did not rub his feet at all. Also our massages started almost 10 minutes late and we were not given any extra time. It is very expensive to not get the full time. Our appt was at 3. We went back at 3:10 and were in our car by 4:05. I have been many times and felt that this time was not as good as usual and I paid for for a service he did not receive at all. However I did not complain the girls were very nice in reception…

The only thing I would add to make the entire experience more relaxing would be to cut down in the amount of sales pitching after a nice relaxing massage.

The services are pricey and the staff makes befits your back account with out my permission.

They were friendly and love the service they give.

The esthetician was great and the experience was ver enjoyable but I didn’t not see a change in my skin.

I was satisfied - the pressure could have been a little bit stronger. I feel like there was some down-time during the massage that could have been eliminated.
