The noise level in every room in every visit to this location does not provide a relaxing environment. I hear constant talking through the walls, not just this time, but on other occasions as well.

Value vs cost

This isn’t in regards to the specific aesthetician that I saw last time but it applies to every facial or appointment I’ve had with three different aestheticians. I feel pressured that I half to do add on services when all I want to do is just the basic facial. Which becomes much more expensive than I anticipated

Did hurt a bit when I told therapist she said it was because I was so tight , used the suction cups and said I didn’t have to pay for them I thought it was a trial or something which I must say really hurt then when I went out to pay they said they used two packages since I got two upgrades therapist was very nice but hard to understand so I didn’t press the issue just figured I didn’t understand

It was fine. I woke up sore the next day but expected it. I am coming back.

The massage was not long enough. It was booked for an hour and massage did not take an hour.

The therapist did not spend time on my targeted area. The pressure was not as firm as I was hoping for. He seemed very nice but the massage was not worth the price paid. It was not the worst massage but it was far from the best.

A bit expensive for service. I could hear the music/talk of the esthetician ear bud.

The massage I had was great and I would recommend it to my friends. I wish the essential oils were diffused regularly throughout the massage and not just for 3 specific portions.

I feel like the therapist skill levels aren’t the same. I have two amazing experienced therapist and they left. You can’t use a survey to punish a therapist but their skills aren’t equal. We should be able to anonymously update our profile to say who we never want again and who’s our favorite. I still tipped and think she was very clean and good but not for my issue and the reasons I go.
