Hand and Stone

There were two reasons I was not completely satisfied with my visit. When I arrived, I added two packages to my massage but my massage therapist was unaware. I also was given an option of aloe on my face last time which was great, but this time it was not offered so oil was used and it broke out my skin. I was asked less questions this time around but it was still a great experience.

I was asked to come in very late almost 10 mins. She stopped the massage almost 10 minutes early and the clock in the room was 2-3 minutes fast. It takes me 30 seconds to get dressed/undressed. Too much time milking going on

Overall it was a wonderful experience. The massage therapist didn’t realize I checked in and took me back 10 minutes after the appointment time. She did still do the complete 50 minutes. She communicated pressure & made sure I was enjoying it! I would definitely go back to her again.

I enjoyed the massage, but I didn't like how clunky/disjointed the transitions felt each time she switched between using her hands and the Himalayan salt stones. At the end of the session, the therapist flipped the light on fully (instead of low/dimmed), which was uncomfortably bright. Finally, I was told that 2 packages/credits (each $69.96, thus together worth $139.90) would be just enough to cover the massage, but later on I realized that actually cost me $10 more than the listed prices of $99 for Himalayan salt stone massage, plus $30 for CBD oil add-on, which should total $129 before tax.

Availability of times for when I want the massage. Plus the website sometimes doesn’t correspond with the actual times the therapist is available. I have to call to double check this and it has occurred a few times already

The therapist was not that friendly. She started late and ended so that it was really a 45 minute massage; not a full hour. The bed blanket was damp and even though I requested medium pressure; it was quite hard at times. I would try this location again with a different therapist.

The massage therapist said I was unable to relax ( that's just how I am) and that just made it harder to relax because then I was self conscious and trying harder to relax! The quality of the massage was excellent and I personally felt relaxed. I just felt bad that I was somehow like not a "good client" lol

Did not like the $10 Per person increase for a couples message. No reason except extorsion for this.

only complaint is trying to book online. every time it tells me my password is no good but that it sent me an e-mail to reset.. which I have never gotten in any of the times I have tried. Also, therapist was great but I feel like the last few keep getting shorter. Actual massage time was 45 minutes max, and this was not unique to this therapist or location so I assume its becoming a company policy to short change guests on the amount of time.

I was very satisfied. The only thing I don’t like is the website to make the appointment. It doesn’t allow you use multiple packages at once.
