Massage was nice but didn’t massage feet or hands.

Could hear noises from building next door and people in next room talking.

I don't like to be upsold during my time there. I feel the price is worth the service but I don't want to pay extra every time i come in. I canceled my membership due to finances.

Abruptly came to an end and I don’t feel enough time we spent on my problem areas that were mentioned in the beginning of our session

Massage was not the best that I had. Just not as fluid as others that I had. She was very nice, pleasant and welcoming though.

We were highly satisfied with the visit. Very nice receptionist and service. Music and scents within the area made it more relaxing.

The one thing that dissatisfies me is the cost of add-on treatments. While I like some of them, I honestly think they are priced higher than they should be and therefore most likely won't use most of them because of cost, even though they might be beneficial. The other part is you don't really get the full hour of the massage as the disrobing, etc. takes up some of the time. I understand this, but it's a little irksome as I pay a higher fee at Hand & Stone than other massage places.

I was a little uncomfortable that the masseur didn’t know it was my first massage. The wait for the masseur to come back into the room after laying down on the table was way too long. Lastly I received really bad bruising on my neck and shoulders afterwards.

I was very satisfied with the service. I could not so a full facial experience due to pregnancy. I would have preferred to have more relaxed experience.

I was wearing contact lenses had to remind her twice to be careful around my eyes. I’ve had several facials at this location and no one else made my eyelids move before.
