I was satisfied with my recent massage experience m. I’m not satisfied with the lack of assistance by the Hamilton Marketplace spa in addressing my request to cancel my membership, which was requested on 2/23/22 and again on 2/24/22. Bill Donahue

My appt time was for 7pm and was not taken in till 715. My facial was very good but since it started late it ended late. If appt time is running late I should be called to be informed.

Overall much better experience than I was expecting. I’d have given highly satisfied if there was a more private de stressing area like many of the nicer spas have.

Several months ago, I selected a mini hot stone massage upgrade. I was charged twice for it, but didn't realize until I looked at my receipt the next day. I immediately called the store, and was told that instead of refunding me, they would put a note in my record that I would get a mini hot stone massage at my next visit. I did not receive one, so I said something to the receptionist. She apologized, and said that she would make a note for my following appointment. Again, I did not receive a mini hot stone massage, and I just gave up. However, I will not be booking upgrades in the future.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. The workers were so nice and welcoming And i couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Julianna who did my facial was amazing and gave me water after we were done. She told me all the products my skin needed and helped me out so much. She made my facial so relaxing and comfortable it was a 10/10 experience!

At the conclusion of my visit, when I was checking out, the receptionist told me that I would only be able to transfer one more packages from my mom’s membership to me (she had an appointment with me, also). This has never been an issue before, and we have transferred packages to my fiancée on many occasions too, without incident. She then tried to convince me to open my own membership instead. Now again, I have never had issues transferring packages before, so I am not sure why this time they said I could only transfer one more— for the entire year. This is the first one I have used from my moms package in many many many months. I was kind of frustrated, and then the receptionist seemed to get upset and agitated when I said I did not want to open my own membership. She said “well just know, the $99 enrollment fee WONT be waived next time. You’ll have to pay it.” And just came off rudely. The rest of my visit was perfect up until this point.

The woman doing the facial rushed me along after I returned from the bathroom. She did not massage my shoulders and neck as the receptionist said she would ask her to do so. She left out the room to go ask what the price for an upgrade would be as if she didn’t already know.

This was a gift from my Girlfriend. She bought the gift certificates over the phone with the person there. For deep tissue massage, she was told it was an extra cost. She paid that. When I arrived for the massage, I was told I was not getting deep tissue because it was not paid for. This was not acceptable! They did say they would correct that, but the aggravation of getting it corrected warrants the grade.
