service began 10min after scheduled time without prior bathroom use. The service ended 15min before scheduled time.

I was told I needed this face mask for my skin during my facial. I said it was my first facial and asked if it was included.. i was told yes.I didn’t want to spend extra and after it was over I was charged for 2 up grades. It was amazing but I wasn’t expecting the up charges.

It didn’t exceed my expectations, but I was not disappointed either

My esthetician was great. My appointment started almost 30 minutes late.

It was extremely loud with people laughing and carrying on. There were a few new faces to me in the reception area. The staff should maybe be reminded that their voices and laughter carry and can be heard clearly in the massage rooms. Makes for a less than peaceful and relaxing environment.

I booked a facial which I was sent in the mail for 95$. I had a 30 mi Ute glow and go. They asked if I wanted to be a member and the appointment would be 60 minutes at same price. When I checked out after becoming a member I was charged $129.99. Not sure why that was.

No consultation before starting the massage at all. Did not ask what areas I wanted attention at all.

Table warmer could be better. Light switch not easy to work when getting dressed after. With multiple rooms available why not schedule on hour and 15 minute intervals so massage could be 60 minutes and bit 40-50 minutes long?

When I paid for the extra face mask she just let it sit to and did nothing, I would have expected a small scalp massage or shoulder rub for the 10-15 minutes of waiting this happen twice while she was waiting for something to dry on my face. Also there were hairs gowning around my lips which she never pulled out. She did take care of my nose area and did a great job which I was very pleased with. I just did not understand what she was doing with the extra time (10-15 minutes that product was drying on my face maybe looking at text?) Facials are not cheap?
