I feel that when you arrive for check-in, you x should get check in asap, or there should be a kiosk if the receptionist is busy. There should be a standard on messages. Some don't do full-body

Needing to use two packages on facials should not be necessary when you eliminate the 1st facial when you upgrade as you do not receive that service at all. otherwise, it would be a 2 facial treatments taking place.

Overall the visit was great. I was a bit put off by the receptionists not wearing masks when a sign clearly states on the door they should be worn throughout the spa. If we had to wear them, why not they? (If there was plexi between us and them I would understand, but there wasn't.) I also had to wait past my start time, but the length of my time was not at all trimmed, and I left almost exactly an hour to when I went into the room.

The treatment room was located next to the reception area and I could hear talking during the entire time of the treatment. It was a distraction.

Due to covid 19 I had 13 packages banked. I have previously used 2 packages for a 90 minute stone massage and paid no additional fee except for $10 in November as a covid fee. I had no problem given the increase of cleaning etc but this time there was a 21 dollar up charge. When I asked why, I was told rate increase. However I’m a monthly member and rates should not apply to members except for new monthly rates. My older packages should still cover and be grandfathered in especially after a pandemic!!! Not happy about this at all. I will be cancelling my membership by the end of the year once I utilize my packages and I will not recommend hand and stone to family and friends at this point. I think the members are being taken advantage of during/after a pandemic. I recently bought 2 graduation gifts for one hour stone massages and am worried that the recipients will be charged mor money because the rates went up ……which is not their fault!!!

Skin felt greasy when finished Still has exfoliant one my skin Massage was not good concentrated in my shoulder caps not neck or shoulder blade

Appt. started approx. 10 minutes late. Though I received almost the full 50 minutes, I could tell she was needing to rush towards the end in order to get her schedule back on track. This of course caused me to be late for another appt. afterwards.
