Hand and Stone

I asked the therapist to use medium pressure because all the other times I've had massages there, medium was just right to relax me and yet still receive a good massage. I kept telling him to go easy on me but the pressure did not seem to change. I'm not a 20 something year old. I'm almost 60 and require a gentler massage for my achy and stressed muscles. I wanted a female therapist but there were none available so I decided to try this gentleman in the hopes that it would still relax me. In all honesty, instead of being relaxed, I left your office feeling a bit beat up. My upper back hurts for several days now and still today, it feels extremely sore and too tender. This is now my 2nd poor experience with your male therapists. They are just too rough and don't take into consideration the age of the customer. I will not request a man again in the future.

I don't understand why the cost fluctuates with each appointment. I understand the extra cost for the additional half hour but even that was different.

Everything was great except for being surprised by the cost of the CBD oil. This was my first visit and I did not know it was an extra cost upgrade. I know now not to agree to use it.

I have shoulder issues and the therapist did not asks about them or seem to care

by stating not highly satisfied is not a negative rating. I was satisfied as I always am at this hand and stone. And i will continue to use this establishment and service.

It was a great experience. The staff was very inviting and the ambience was splendid. The massage itself was a little rough in some areas but still left me feeling refreshed.

Hand and Stone needs more available appointments. Ashley was great. I enjoyed my visit.

My massage therapist was very good technically, but he wasn’t very communicative and it was a little awkward at first. I think cultural differences are at play, and I’m very understanding of it, but it threw me off because I didn’t expect it (he showed me the room, pointed for me to go in and closed the door without saying anything)
