I have been overcharged twice and each time the receptionist quickly charged my card without giving me a total, did not give me a receipt and was not able to credit my card back for the amount I was overcharged. Yesterday when I addressed the overcharge, the receptionist was very rude and did not seem to care that she overcharged me. Regardless of the amount, I should be provided with the opportunity to consent to the amount that is being charged to my card.

I was satisfied with the services, however, I have had a better massage at another Hand and Stone location. The massage therapist was talking frequently during the massage, and the introduction once in the massage room felt a tad rushed.

A staff member was blowing up many balloons using compressed air. The expected calm soothing ambience of the spa was lost to noise and squeaking of balloons and the clutter of balloons in the waiting area. In my opinion this should be done prior to opening or after closing.

The foot massage was lack luster. The consultant spoke the whole time. I completed the online prerequisite form and it was not found in the store.

When I booked the appointment i mentioned that I want a peel or abrasion. The receptionist said that the person I get would discus and recommend add ones. This was not the case. I had to schedule another visits and I’m still waiting to see if I need to get another facial with the “ Peel”

I booked the introductory massage online and upgraded to the Himalayan stone add on. My total charge was $138. I had massage brain and finally questioned why it was so much. It took 10-15 minutes to redjnd me and correct the charge. The staff was nice about it but should not have happened.

I wanted to use two packages for a facial with a pumpkin facial. I wanted to do add one to equal the two packages and the receptionist did not understand what I was trying to do. I used two packages for the pumpkin facial and added on a peppermint scalp treatment but I still could have had another add on to total two packages. I wanted to get an eyebrow wax - which I have done in the past during a facial but she said that was not possible. So I wasted part of a package.
