Appointment started 30n minutes late so could not do the 80 minute massage I was scheduled for !!

Every time I am one of a few people in the waiting room I am the last one taken back for my appointment. I was taken back at 10:20 when my appointment was 10. Maybe the spa should call those who will be taken more than 10 mins after appointment time so I’m not rushing out of the house to wait.

The only issue I had was when I was booking my appointment (I had a gift card) and I was unable to understand what was covered by the gift card. I added aromatherapy to the massage and hot towel foot enhancement and they did not make that part of my appointment. I was only penciled in for a regular massage, and told the massage therapist that I was supposed to have the aromatherapy. That portion was resolved by the therapist, but I never had the hot towel foot enhancement. I still have a balance on the gift card so maybe I will do that next time.

The only thing I did not realize was that a couples massage cost us an additional $50. I left Massage Envy to follow Marwan and I got my boyfriend and I a year membership, paid in full up front, and booked a couples massage for our anniversary. Maybe I wasn't paying attention but I don't think I had to pay extra at Massage Envy for us to do this. It was just a lot to pay on top of the massage. If I had been aware of it I would have booked separate rooms. It could be my fault but is there a list of services and the prices that I could have?

During the massage there were people talking outside of the room and it was hard to relax. Not a very relaxing environment. Linens were not the best quality.

There was a lot of loud banging in the room next to mine which startled me while I was at a point of total relaxation.

My therapist did seem to talk more than I would like and missed several areas of the massage that I look forward to getting

I marked those areS satisfied because I used 2 packages for an 80 min massage with stones and I still had to pay a $10 up charge that was not explained when I booked. Not a huge deal but was unaware of the extra charge. Especially after hanging in with Monthly membership during Covid instead of freezing or cancelling.

I just wanted to be sure that since I continued to pay my membership thru out covid (automatically came out of my account) that I had services due to me and how many. She was very nice but could not figure that out and had to ask a few people.
