Two things...first, there were a lot of people in the main reception/lounge area. At one point, as many as 8. Also, one therapist walked out into the reception area with her mask over her mouth but not her nose.

I booked an 80 min but was done and checking out at the front desk in 60 min. I did tell the front desk person and they took off the 30 min. I was disappointed that I took this time out of my day and did not get the full service that I scheduled.

I was satisfied with my massage as Tanielle did the best she could. She is very nice and knowledgeable. I do not like the amount of elbow pressure; I prefer utilization of hands, knuckles etc. I don't appreciate that you have only one therapist that is capable/willing of using harder pressure, as I had tried 3 prior to getting Tanielle. Your company also doesn't OFFER Therapeutic Massages and/or Spine Wellness programs as other centers do. My friend goes to a practice that offers Medical Massages prescribed by our doctor. They also have major stretching as part of the therapy and I am only considering checking them out before I decide to cancel my "contract". Lastly I find it highly annoying that you insist on auto payment/contract to receive a price that is NOT discounted when compared to other massage center's prices. Normal is approx $6/minute and I give >20% tips bc they are doing all the work.

The linen on the headrest was stained with oil and/or dirty. I would have liked a firmer pressure massage and did mention that but it did not happen. I paid $30 for the Himalayan stone and did not feel like it made any difference, in fact I feel like it may have taken away from the massage experience.

I found the massage relaxing, however it may be cost prohibitive for me to continue a membership. While I did feel relaxed following the massage I feel as though the relaxing feeling doesn't last long enough.

The only thing I was not happy with was my appointment was for 3pm I was not taken back to almost 3:15pm and had arrived 20 minutes early since this was my first visit and I was sure I would have to fill something out.

The therapist, while sweet, was a little shy and awkward, which made me feel a little awkward. Also, she started my 50min massage at 6:10pm and finished it at 6:42pm. So I did not receive my full massage. The pressure was good, and she was very good at the deep tissue massage.

No particular reason.

As a member, I used two packages for a 90 min massage. The massage was less an 60 mins. My appt was at 12:00 p.m.I didn’t go back to the massage room until 12:20 p.m. The massage was over at 1:21p.m. It was a waste of a package when I could have gotten a basic massage and saved a package. Also, I was in aware of an out of pocket cost. When signing up for membership,I was told that there would be a $10 fee if someone other than myself used a package. There was no actual fee for the member. I paid $10 plus tax for my massage.

The therapist was good but not one of the best ones I have had at Hand and 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞. I felt like her hands moved very quickly. I did like the salt rocks as part of the message.
