My appointment was cancelled when the massage therapist called in due to a car accident. I was with a friend so I needed to switch to a facial when I booked a massage. I was told a15-30 minute wait and it was a 45-50 minute wait. It was not their fault but not what I was looking for that day.

A possible new intern or employee seminar was taking place with several new employees at the same time as my scheduled appointment and it just felt awkward to have all these extra people around. Seems like this should be conducted off the clock.

Too was time was spent talking and writing notes, wasn’t as relaxing as I would have liked.

My appointment was for one hour, I didn’t even step into a room in the back until 10 minutes after and was completed in 50. If I paid for the hour I expect an hour facial, just because the previous appointment went over does not mean I should get penalized for it.

I understand the skin must be prepared before there can be extractions. I specifically asked when I booked the appointment for extractions. None were done. I found that disappointing because that was the reason I booked the appointment.

Appt was for 2 and waiting 1/2 hour. The experience was other wise very very good
