I was not fond of the room layout. I felt exposed when the door was opened. Also the music stopped playing causing an akward since that interfered with my ability to relax.

My one apt had to be cancelled bc of a call Out however my therapist was able to do an 80 min instead of a 60 min massage for me. My only comment is that on my last two visits my therapist, although wonderful, had just smoked and it was a little distracting.

I did not enjoy the facial. I don't believe the therapist was knowledgeable about facials or she just wasn't that into providing a good service to me. Her massage during the drying of my mask was little to none.

Initially applied way too much pressure on my back resulting in a sore back the next day. After I flinched then therapist asked me if the pressure was to much, I said yes, she lessened it

I was overcharged for services by the receptionist and when I asked about pricing and for a detailed receipt, it was not provided. I called to address my $36 overpayment and have yet to receive my refund or phone call to clarify situation.

The people that gave me my massage and facial were wonderful. The front desk staff were not on their "A" game. I asked for an add-on, peppermint scalp massage and it wasn't conveyed to the therapists. The therapists were very kind and took the blame, which I told them they didn't need to. Madison, who gave the facial, promised a free add-on scalp massage when I return. I told her that was very generous, but I let her know that it was not her fault. When I checked out there was a bag by the receptionist that said "free gift with re-book". I re-booked, but was not offered a free gift. The front end could use a little training, but overall it was a good experience.

The only thing I did not like was all of the upselling that was going on by the receptionist and the therapists. Also the fact that they wanted a credit card on file in case I did not make my appointment so they could either charge the card or the entire balance on the gift card that I was using. Other spas do not do that.

I had Shirley at the Bordentown location, she was amazing! My one suggestion would be maybe have the music a bit higher, the noise in the hallway and the talking/laughing in the room next to me was a bit of a distraction.

Very easy to schedule the appointment i wanted. Hours of the establishment are great. Staff was friendly
