Hand and Stone

This was my first time at this hand and stone since moving back to NJ. So I will have many more opportunities to improve my opinion, after all, I was used to the other one I went to for a couple of years. I'm sure I will adjust to this brand, spanking new one.

I enjoyed my visit and I will return for another facial in the future.

I am happy

I have been a member of another massage therapy org for several years. I think my therapist may have been newer/less experienced so while it was a fine massage, it was not up to the standard of what I typically experience. Also, I had requested a peppermint scalp massage which was not done (I was not charged for it). I was however, looking forward to it.

I felt pushed by the staff to order more services when I feel like they weren't necessary. I personally don't feel comfortable being approached like that and it caused me some anxiety.

My message was excellent, next time If possible an aroma oil would be nice to try.

It’s not that I wasn’t highly satisfied. The reception area was very busy due to friends and family and the staff all seemed very nervous about the opening day.
