Jenna is always very positive and friendly while still doing an excellent facial. She is always knowledgeable about products and will update me with anything new regarding products and skincare.

My massage was great and very relaxing!

It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Therapist was professional and extremely effective. My only negative was the noise outside the room. Lots of chatter and sounded like something upstairs was being moved.

Marwan is very good at addressing my tight muscles. he spent adequate time on my posterior side. He also did a quick anterior massage too.

The receptionist very friendly. The location is always clean and organized Nicole is a great therapist, I always leave feeling relaxed and usually have last appt of night, so I can go home and go right to bed

What it comes down to are the people you employ at my location. The ladies at the front desk greet me by my name and I love that!! Front desk team sets the tone for the visit and I always tell them how wonder they are. Your prices are getting too high but I continue to come back because of your staff and the service. Kudos to you for having a great team at my location.

I look forward to my monthly facials. As a busy mom, this is my "me" time. As soon as I enter the doors, I am relaxed. I have had a great experience with every employee I have encountered, and will continue to visit this location.

Safiya provided an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, truly empathetic to the experience I was looking for after not having a facial in a year and it really felt like she went above and beyond. I'm a quiet, shy person and I loved so much that she didn't try carrying on chatty conversation the entire time... other than discussing my skin needs & the process she was doing, she respected the fact that I was there to relax and soak in the peaceful ambiance, which was everything I'd hoped it would be!
