I have noticed over-time that a paid 90 minutes message is actually 70-75 minutes of actual hand-on messaging. Apparently, the first 10 mins of the appointment time is to prepare the room (while you wait) and ~5 mins to get changed in the beginning and ~5 min to redress at the end. Thus, 15 to 20 minutes of the schedule message time is used for non-message activities and the actual message, 70-75 minutes, is charged/paid as a 90 minute service. This is unfair and should be adjusted to more accurately reflect the service time being provided.

I had a cryo add on for the face and it looked great when I left but when I woke up the next day my face was droopy and saggy. I called H&S to see if that was normal and the person I spoke with told me that no one was available to help me and told me to email a pic. So I emailed a pic and a video and no one returned my message. No one! My face went back to normal that evening but I’m seriously considering canceling my membership. My esthetician is amazing by the way! I’m just upset that no one returned my call or email.

My therapist did a geat job. The salt stones had a nice feel. I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave.
