The massage therapist did an excellent job in addressing my particular needs. He was personable And friendly. The Perception staff was also quite friendly and responsive. I waited no more than 30 seconds for my appointments to start. I will definitely use Eric again for my next massage.

Carla, the massage therapist is very knowledgeable about massage. She is really a therapist and helped me immensely with the arthritis in my hands. I feel so much better every time she massages me. She focuses on my needs and bases her massage on those needs. She is friendly and makes the experience lovely. I'm gifting my sister a massage with Carla. My problem is the transparency of the cost of the massages and the various add ons. It was very difficult to find out just what the charges are. I also think that $30 dollars for a CBD oil add on is outrageous.

When I walk through the doors at H/S, I am instantly in a zen zone. The front desk staff are always helpful, cheerful and professional. My massage therapist is excellent in relieving my stress /tension. It’s such a great experience for me that I want to work there lol!
