I was highly satisfied with my experience once I actually got to the spa. When you put your address into Maps on an iPhone, it takes you to an abandoned road about 2 miles away from the actual spa. I wasted half of my massage time trying to find the spa until I called and was told to put the Acme in my GPS. The receptionist was so sweet and helpful. She said a lot of people have this issue so someone needs to fix it with Maps. I was so happy they were still able to take me for at least part of my massage time after the fiasco of driving around. The therapist was understanding and did a great job! I booked at this location because of appointment availability even though it isn't my closest spa but I will definitely be back!

The individual I interacted with was very professional and friendly. The treatment was very soothing. I didn’t sign up for monthly visits because I am retired and have a limited income.

From the receptionist being very welcoming and knowledgeable to my aesthetician who took time to tailor my facial treatment to meet my needs. Very friendly and helpful atmosphere.

I was relaxed and so comfortable during visit. She explained everything she was going to do. She gave me different options. The only part that I didn’t like was that I had to get up and leave.

The receptionist was very friendly and engaging it. Sophia spent time asking me my concerns with my skin. She gave a wonderful facial. She then discussed the products I should be using. She never appeared pushing in getting me to purchase any products.
