Jenna was extremely knowledgable about skincare. She explained everything to me and allowed for questions I got a really good facial and many questions answered. Danielle was also very helpful.

All staff are pleasant. Vanessa is knowledgeable with skin care. Vanessa helps to educate me in skin care.

Out of all the times I have been for a facial, this was my best experience, the Who experience West relaxing.

I am always made to feel comfortable from the moment I walk in to the time on the table to the moment I leave. This time was especially special because I was able to book a massage for my mom while she was in town. She rarely gets massages, and being elderly, has a tough time getting around. But her therapist Jeff was amazing with her and she was so happy afterwards. I am very grateful.
